The facilities may only be used by the guests. • The guests should wear their bracelets during their stay. • AGUAClara does not allow its guests to smoke in the rooms. Smoking affects the quality of the rooms, and US$ 250 will be charged for additional cleaning expenses. • Towels may not be taken outside AGUAClara for any reason whatsoever. A surcharge of US$ 20 will apply for each missing towel. • AGUAClara provides cleaning services once per week. An additional charge will apply for each additional cleaning. • AGUAClara demands that its guests be quiet between 11:00 p.m. and 09:00 a.m. • It is prohibited to use or consume hallucinogens in the premises. If the use thereof becomes known, it will be reported to the competent authorities. • AGUAClara asks its guests not to sit on the night tables of the rooms to avoid personal injury and damage to the room. • The loss of a key implies replacing the lock for the safety of the guests. If a visitor loses a key, the total amount of one night’s stay will be charged. • If you would like to stay longer than agreed on, you should give notice thereof 24 hours before your check-out time. This is subject to availability of reservations. If you do not check out in time, a surcharge will be added to your bill, equal to one night’s stay, and you will have to leave the room. • It is not allowed to bring pets. • The guest will be solely responsible for any damage caused by the guests to objects, movable property, or furniture owned by AGUAClara and the guest will have to pay for the repair thereof. • The hotel provides free accommodation to only one child up to 5 years per room. For an additional adult or child older than 5, a surcharge of US$ 20 will apply per night. •

To guarantee the guest’s reservation, the guest has to pay (50%) of the total value of the stay including taxes. 1 day reservation have to be paid in full.
On arrival, the guest has to leave a deposit of US$ 100 to cover any damage in the room.
Mandatory: The guest should pay 25% of the total amount if the reservation canceled.
Another 25% of the total amount if cancel 30 days before the date of the reservation.
The guest may change his stay to any other available date, plus a penalty. The amount of the reservation will not be returned, if the reservation was made with a SPECIAL DISCOUNT, or in case of reservations made during high season.
